The Aufnahmeprüfung covers 2–3 subjects. At the college itself there are two to three times as many — all in German, at university pace.
Up to 8 subjects instead of 2–3
German and maths are joined by the subjects of your field: physics and chemistry, computer science, BWL and VWL, history, social studies, literature and more.

Frequently asked about Plus
Do I need to take Basis first?
No. You can take Plus on its own if you've already been admitted or prepared for the test elsewhere.
Will the programme fit my college?
The topics follow the common Studienkolleg curriculum and the plans of specific colleges. We open only the subjects of your field; if your college has special subjects, write to us before buying.
Is this preparation for the Feststellungsprüfung?
Plus covers the first-semester topics — the foundation for all your studies at the college. The Feststellungsprüfung itself takes place at the end of the second semester; Plus prepares you for it with a solid foundation, not with separate exam papers.
What language are the materials in?
As at the college — in German (English in English). Terms are translated into Russian; lecture subtitles are available in Russian, Ukrainian or English.
Can I use it during the semester?
Yes. Many go through a topic a week before it starts in class and take a mock class test before the real one.
Do topics open at once or week by week?
All at once — after payment you see the whole programme and go at your own pace.
